When you register with Zappter, it creates your web app. But I haven't used their web-app domain plugin. I was reading a lot on their website, and it says you can create it; also, I run into a plugin called Web-App / Domain. I think this is the one you need. You should read the Custom Domain plugin description and documentation; they are very detailed. I think you will find what you are looking for there
