Background photo of the app?

Can you add a background photo of the app? I would like to have a custom background design and not a white color that is set as default.

I'm trying out the Design tool to give a nicer look and feel to my app. I'm happy with the result so far but I have to make this now for each item. Is there any faster way to do that?
