I'm trying to upload my company logo to the app. The problem is that my logo is in a vertical format, and when I try to upload it, is getting cut horizontally. Can someone help me with this?
Hey, yes I found a solution to this issue and it's actually very simple. When you click to upload a photo (logo) just uncheck the locked box and ratio waived box. You will be able to resize it the way you want it. This also applies to any photo you are uploading and not just the logo. Hope this helps
