First of all, you have to install the Push-Notifications plugin https://www.zappter.com/marketplace/en-us/plugins/push-notifications.html
Then follow the instructions in the documentation of the plugin to set default behavior of the notfications, create the notifications itself and schedule them.
But for them to be working, your app has to be published first!
