Hi there,
If you have items to sell you can use the plugin E-Commerce / Onlineshop. You can easily create all your items, set title, description, picture, price and other details.

The currency is in the settings. In the sidebar on the left, you have the settings category, click to expand and you will see the Currency tab. From there you can select Euro or others.
