I have a few general questions for everyone who has made an app in the past months. How did your customers accept your app? Did you see an increase in sales/bookings? Since I don't see many apps in my hometown for the local businesses, I would be one of the first ones to make one; I am curious to know how things went with your experience.
I personally got positive feedback, since lot's of people think it's very complicated to create the app or you have to invest a lot of money into it, so I think my business got more of a professional look to the customers and therefore my monthly sales got better. Plus it's a lot easier for my customers to buy products and book services through the app and not have to call every time or write us on Instagram. So I think it's a win-win situation.
