When working with ingredients, the configuration flow is; you create individual ingredients, and then create ingredient groups and assign the related individual ingredients to the group. Finally, add the ingredient groups to the selling items. Follow the steps to create ingredient groups.
1. Admin > Ingredients > Ingredient Groups. Click on the 'New Ingredient Group' button.
2. Follow the instructions on the setup screen.
General tab: Give a name to the Ingredient Group, and select the Choose existing button. On the right, you get a list of Ingredients, click on the one that you want to add to this group, and then click on the Choose button to complete

3. Create your Ingredient Group.
Other optional tabs: Advanced tab. Using this tab, you can set if this Ingredient Group should allow unlimited user selections or a minimum number of Ingredients that should be selected to proceed. This tab is also used for controlling Ingredient preselection, hidden Ingredients, etc.
