You can enable the 'Favorites' feature under Admin > Settings > Favorites. And then, choose to disable on each item that you don't want your users to favorite them.
1. Admin > Customize > Content. Click to edit your app.

2. Click on an element to disable Favorites in the content editor.

3. When the element's setup screen opens up, click on the 'More Options' button.

4. Move on to the 'Favorites' tab. Then activate the 'Turn off'' option to remove favorite button for this particular item on user devices.
