Viewing an order - admin 

Follow the steps to trace orders.
Results: 
1. In admin, go to Results > E-commerce > Sales Report. 
2. Filter by Date, Store, or Group by.

3. In admin, go to Results > E-commerce > Orders. 
4. Filter by Date, or Rule.

5. In admin, go to Results > E-commerce > Pending Payments. 
6. Filter by Date, or Rule.

7. In admin, go to Results > E-commerce > Deleted Orders 
8. Filter by Date, or Rule.

  • Click on the tiny check before ID field in the grid to select it for further action
  • Check on the title to select all
  • Check all or check selectively and  export the data in Excel format or print directly
 Statistics: 
1. In admin, go to Statistics > Orders > Orders.  
2. Filter by Date, Store.

4. Filter by Date, Store, Statistics.

Drill down stat data

Orders: Trace orders by the originating source.

Use the options, Expand all, Minimize all, Check all, Uncheck all to trace/download information as required.
Explore all available graphical views.
