Define the default behavior of push notifications, from opting-in to order-related notification handling.
1. Admin > Settings > Push-Notifications. The 'General' tab opens, and enable the Request Push-Permission.
Request Push-Permission: When this is enabled, the app will prompt your users to enable push notifications from your app. When disabled, it won't prompt at the app startup, instead when a user makes an order, a complimentary request, a booking.
2. In the 'Canceled' tab,
Disable notification on cancellation: It enables or disables sending push notifications to notify order cancellations to users when the cancellation is done by you (using a workstation)
Title when cancelling an order: Push title, if you enable sending push notifications to notify cancellations
Text when cancelling an order: Push message,if you enable sending push notifications to notify cancellations
3. In the 'Pending' tab.
Disable notification on pending: It enables or disables sending push notifications to notify users whenever you put an order on hold (using workstations)
Title when setting to pending: When enabled, push notification title
Text when setting to pending: When enabled, push notification message
4. In the 'Updated' tab.
Disable notification on update: It enables or disables sending push notifications to users on order updates
Title when updated: When enabled, push notification title
Text when updated: When enabled, push notification message
5. Move onto 'Completed' tab to enable or disable the notification when setting an order to completed and also give a title and text.
Disable notification on completed: It enables or disables push notifications to users when an order has been completed.
Title when completing: When enabled, push notification title
Text when completing: When enabled, push notification message
