Overriding Loyalty Earnings

Overriding default earnings

Once you have set up your loyalty program’s earning and spending multipliers, your app is ready to start collecting points on your articles, bookings, events, and requests with the default multiplier settings you defined in the ‘Setting Up’ section. However, you can customize these earning multipliers on each chosen item to override the defaults, if you wish to. 
You can override these on articles, bookings, events, and requests. Below steps are available and similar for any one of the above-mentioned items. 
1. Admin > Customize > Content. Click to edit your app.

2. When in the content editor, click on the article, booking, event, or requests, which you want to override earning loyalty points.

3. When the detail opens, click on the ‘More Options’ button.

4. Move on to the ‘Loyalty points’ tab and customize your users earning potentials for the particular item.

5. Save the changes.
